Romeo Toro Review:

Cigar Appearance:  Thick toothy wrapper with a slight sand paper feel, minimal veins, double cap, and a earthy aroma. Construction on the stick is fantastic with tight seams and no imperfections.

First Third: This cigar starts off with a easy draw and a light smoke compared to its initial start. Strong flavors of cedar wood coupled with a natural sweetness develop on the palate. The finish in the mouth appears to be short compared to the initial start with wood flavors dominating the flavor.

Second Third: Smoke output has picked up from the first third and has become a much fuller mouth feel. The cedar wood flavors started to die down and nutty flavors have moved more to the front to pair with the wood notes. Finish is still short but a slight pepper taste has begun to linger. Burn is still razor sharp and even.

Last Third: Smoke output and mouth feel has remained the same and has continued to be average. The cedar wood flavors have taken a back burner and been replaced with a strong presence of toasted nut. A hint of cocoa comes through on the finish along with the same level of pepper. The burn has gotten a little hot but still burning sharp and even.
